Required Supplies

The Viking's Cove Bookstore provides required supplies for a variety of departments and courses at Hudson Valley Community College.

The bookstore provides everything you need in one convenient, economical, one-stop shop. There's no need to shop around and find the right items or compare prices and since these supplies are required for your courses, you may use available Financial Aid Bookstore Advance funds.

Biology, Chemistry and Physics Department
Lab coats and aprons; monogoggles and safety glasses; dissection kits and latex gloves are all available for purchase at the front counter in the bookstore.

Nursing Department
Scrubs are available in men’s and women’s sizes and we also carry bandage scissors, pen lights and ID badge holders.

Cardiorespiratory and Emergency Medicine Department
White lab coats and corresponding patches are available.

Fine Arts Department
A wide variety of other papers, coloring instruments, paints, etc. are also available.

Klein Tools
Klein Tool kits are available for purchase at the bookstore for ECM and HVAC programs.

Snap-On
Snap-On Tool Kits are available for purchase at the bookstore for Advanced Manufacturing 1 & 2, Auto Body and 1st Year Auto.
