Counseling and Wellness Services provide support related to your mental, emotional, behavioral and interpersonal functioning and wellness, so that you can effectively achieve your academic and life goals.

External Services Available

Effective Nov. 1, 2022 – Oct. 31, 2023, in addition to on-campus options, students may access mental health counseling services through Capital EAP. Capital EAP also offers dietary counseling, legal or financial counseling, smoking cessation programs and a session with a personal trainer or life coach.
All services are offered in-person, via telephone or video free and confidential.
