Home Schooled Students

Whether you are looking to supplement your home school curriculum, or enroll as a full-time student, our outstanding professors, affordable cost and extensive course offerings will meet your needs!

Many home school groups advocate for students to take a college-level course or two as they approach the end of their secondary education. Taking a college course allows you to become familiar with expectations and the increasing demands of school. You also can make new friends and explore a special area of interest. We offer courses throughout the Capital Region and beyond through off campus and online learning. Take a minute to schedule an advisement appointment by calling the Office of Continuing Education at  (518) 629-7338, for help with planning your educational goals!

Once you reach the maximum compulsory attendance age, you can enroll into a degree or certificate program. This allows you the opportunity to work towards one of more than 80 degree and certificate programs or high school equivalency, access financial aid, and become a part of our successful alumni association! If you are interested in enrolling in a program, please contact the Admissions Office.
