An official transcript, bearing the seal of the college and the signature of the Registrar, is a document required by colleges, universities and prospective employers.

An official transcript is sent only with the permission of the student as outlined below.
NOTE: The college has contracted with Parchment for transcript services.

A student may request a transcript as follows:

  • Via Hudson Valley WIReD
    Requests submitted will not require additional steps to authenticate your identity.
  • Through TranscriptsPlus®, a service provided by Parchment
    Requests submitted will require additional steps to authenticate identity.
    • Order Online
    • By Phone (NOTE as of July 2020: For security reasons, Parchment is not currently accepting telephone orders.)
      If you are uncomfortable placing an online order, call Parchment at (847) 716-3005 to place your transcript request. There is an additional operator surcharge for placing orders over the phone.
  • In-person at the Registrar’s Office
    Only transcripts printed and provided directly to the student can be requested at the Registrar’s Office counter.

Check Order Status

Transcripts will not be released for those students who have outstanding financial obligations (in arrears) with the college. By federal law, email requests cannot be considered consent for release of transcript information.
