Students

Enrollment verifications can be provided beginning on the first day of the part of term in which you are enrolled and only if you have completed the registration process with the Cashier's Office.

An enrollment verification certificate can be downloaded via Myhub. Myhub is a free and secure online application provided by the National Student Clearinghouse. It provides you with access to your verified education records from all colleges and universities participating in Myhub and related self-service features. You will need your HVCC username and password to access Myhub.
NOTE: Enrollment verification may not appear in Myhub until approximately three weeks after the semester begins. If you access Myhub and do not see current enrollment information, you may request an enrollment verification from the Registrar’s Office. Requests for enrollment verifications can be made only by the student via the following methods:

  • In-person
    Pre-printed forms can be completed and enrollment verifications printed on college letterhead can be provided to students in-person with picture ID during regular business hours at the Registrar's Office.
  • Electronically
    If you complete the electronic form below, an enrollment verification will be mailed to your permanent address on file.
