Environmental Best Management Practices (BMPs)
Department-specific environmental best management practices have been developed and implemented in the following college departments. These practices are intended to prevent environmental pollution by outlining proper procedures to be followed, such as use and disposal of chemicals and their containers, spill prevention and control, and maintenance of equipment. Each practice specifies the parties responsible, related regulations, the specific procedures to be followed, and any associated recordkeeping. Questions or comments regarding environmental best management practices should be sent to the Office of Environmental Health and Safety.
