The EOC provides support services and individualized instruction to help you adapt more easily to your return to school or transition to the workforce. Additionally, the EOC provides GED testing and an Advanced Technology Training and Information Networking (ATTAIN) Lab for the community.

The EOC offers GED® (General Educational Development) testing at its Troy location for those looking to obtain their High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma.

The ATTAIN Lab provides EOC students and individuals in the surrounding community access to a wide array of academic, life skills and occupational skills training courseware, as well as access to the internet.
