alumni are invited to utilize the wide variety of services
provided by the Center for Careers and Transfer. The center assists with
job search, resume writing, interview preparation,
job networking, career counseling, transfer counseling and more.
The center coordinates the following initiatives: transfer agreements with four-year colleges and universities; graduate follow-up reports; job fairs; recruiters on campus; transfer fairs and events; CLEP and DSST exams. Additionally, the center connects employers with students and alumni with an online job bank.
Each year the Center for Careers and Transfer communicates through surveys and phone calls with the graduating class to collect information about what they have done since graduation. The information is then compiled by the Office of Planning and Research for the Annual Placement Report and the Departmental Graduate Follow-up Reports.
